The Mac Mac Quad Trails is an exciting new adventure for quad bike riders that cover some “off the beaten” trails in the picturesque Mpumalanga Escarpment area. Most of these “off the beaten” trails are off limits to the general public. Natures Voice Cottages Holiday Farm between Middelburg and Loskop Dam in Mpumalanga is the perfect destination for nature lovers and eco quad riders who yearn to get away from the humdrum of city life and to escape to the tranquillity of the bushveld and its splendour.

There are a selection of 1-hour routes for those visitors who prefers a quick take of the area and to admire the natural beauty of the area. In summer, for example, we offer the very popular "river routes" that allows quad bike adventurers to have fun on the banks of the Olifants River or to relax in the cool refreshing water.

For the more experienced rider or adventure seeker we offer longer routes of 2 to 3 hours and even day rides taking in most of the beautiful and unique Cederberg area.

These trails have been carefully planned to minimize impact while providing the visitor with a unique experience of the little Karoo. Only 4x4 quad bikes with low impact, soft tyres (0,2 bar pressure) are used to ensure that our existing trails are not affected.

Our trails in the mountain and in the Karoo (semi-desert) are handbuilt and they are only as wide as a quad bike. We believe that quad bikes are very handy tools to get access to nature and discover it as if you were walking. We use Suzuki 160 LTF quads, and the trails look like miniature 4x4 trails.
